CBA MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

 

Membership Overview

Cocoanut Bayou Association (CBA) membership is voluntary and requires:

• Submission of a membership application

• Agreement to abide by CBA rules and regulations

• Payment of the membership joining fee and annual assessment fee

 

Membership grants access to a private, gated beach on Higel Avenue, contingent upon continued compliance with CBA regulations.

 

Note: The beach is not deeded property.

 

Property Listings

For eligible properties, we recommend including the following statement in real estate listings:

 

“This home is eligible to apply for membership with the Cocoanut Bayou Association (CBA), a voluntary organization. Membership provides access to the private gated beach on Higel Avenue upon application and dues payment.”

 

Estoppel Requests

For estoppel certificates, including those for properties within the Cedar Park Owners Association (CPOA) and Mangrove Point Owners Association (MPOA), please contact us directly.

 

Ownership Transfers

Upon completion of a property sale, please provide the buyer’s contact information and a copy of the deed to the CBA treasurer. This ensures that the Board can reach out to new owners with membership details and access information.
