Membership Application Process

1. Realtor or Title Company Notifies the Association

Once we are informed of a pending sale, we will reach out with membership information and give access to Membership Documents to join associations if needed.

2. Complete the Required Forms

Prospective members will need to submit:

  • Membership Application

  • Signed Beach Rules

  • Indemnity & Hold Harmless Agreement

  • Communication Authorization

3. Board Review

Once all documents are received, the Board reviews the application.  Review typically takes up to 30 days, though many are approved sooner.

4. Payment of Fees

  • One-time joining fee: $7,500

  • Annual dues (billed each calendar year)

Joining fee can be collected at closing and be submitted upon approval, or can be mailed to address listed below

5. Activation of Membership

Upon approval and payment, beach access and membership privileges are issued.​
