Membership

​The Cocoanut Bayou Association (CBA represents 54 eligible homes on Cedar Park Circle, Higel Avenue, Midnight Pass Road, and Mangrove Place.  While membership is voluntary, homeowners who choose to join play a vital role in maintaining the quiet, scenic charm of our neighborhood.  Members agree to abide by CBA's rules and regulations and contribute an annual assessment that support community upkeep and initiatives.

• Prospective buyers are encouraged to review these documents. The Association will reach out after receiving all necessary documents.

 

Note: All members, guests, and tenants must comply with the governing documents and pay annual dues. The Board of Directors, elected by members at the annual February meeting, oversees policy enforcement and community standards.
